Refunds and Returns
Due to the nature of our products we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.
If your merchandise is damaged during transit, proof is needed within 2 days of delivery. We will replace the broken item(s) with the same item(s). If those item(s) are no longer available, then we will provide a refund.
We make every effort to ensure that goods are well and properly packaged. However, if you receive them in a damaged state you will be refunded or allowed to exchange.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! Therefore, contact us at roberta@aguasclaras.co within
2 business days and we will work together to rectify the situation.
Damages and issues
You must inspect your order upon reception and contact us within the next 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. You must provide a description of the damage and photographic evidence to roberta@aguasclaras.co
Aguas Claras Organics is not responsible for parcels that are left outside in the heat, cold or rain for a long period of time.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, it must be completed before the order is shipped.
Lost and stolen parcels
Once your order has been shipped, we cannot accept responsibility for any lost or stolen parcel.
We do not issue replacements/refunds on items that have been marked as 'delivered' by postal services or are unclaimed due to unpaid customs. If your tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered but you did not receive it. Please contact us immediately.
To qualify for an insurance claim for loss packages, customers must have purchased a tracked shipping service. Please reach out to us at roberta@aguasclaras.co with your order number and details of your package within 2 days from the date that the package was marked as “delivered” by your postal service.
